Cafe’1217 uses only the finest & freshest ingredients available to hand craft every dish served, making everything from scratch & relying on food’s natural beauty & flavor to speak for itself. Over & over what we hear is, “wow this is so fresh”. Yes it is, everything in our cases as well as the grill is made fresh daily. The chef inspired menu also changes monthly (1st Monday of every month) - always looking ahead, taking advantage of seasonal ingredients & keeping it intriguing for not only our staff but our customers as well. We spend a lot of time listening to our customers & experimenting with new ideas. This makes for very exciting food & flavor combinations.
